  OUR FUTURE PLANS
  • To Complete the second phase of Chetana (building construction)
  • A short-stay home for Challenged Adults
  • A Respite-Care Unit for the Severely Challenged
  • Updating our Paediatric Physiotherapy Unit
  • Updating our Sensory Integration Unit
  • Updating our Speech Therapy Unit
  • A Play Therapy Unit to provide a structured play environment through which children learn to use all their abilities – this unit would also help to correct deviances in behaviour
  • A Hydrotherapy Unit (a small pool with adjustable water jets) to reduce muscle spasms in children with cerebral palsy thereby helping them to relax their muscles and use them better. Swimming is also a challenge and learning to swim would have a positive impact on their physical and mental development
  • A Visual Stimulation Unit to enhance a child’s concentration, focus, attention, visual acuity and visual processing. This unit would also help stimulate a child’s ability to optimally use her visual sense to explore her surroundings
